Plus I got in today and I only called this morning.
I think they scratched my car a little putting them. There is a scratch above the molding on each door. I’m sure it can be buffed out next time the car is there. Please add that to my file

I appreciated the communication.
The service advisor Austen was extremely rude and inpatient. He was unprofessional and used a raised and condescending voice towards myself and other staff members at the dealership. He refused to take the time to answer my questions about the findings on my car and the services performed, as he tried to get me to pay and hurry me out the door. He refused to follow up with the mechanic to get my questions answered. I would not return to this dealership because of this poor customer service and I now do not trust the quality of the services provided.
The team/staff is friendly and enabled me to feel confidence in what was needed to be done for our vehicle. I enjoy the communication skills and care.
From check in to check out the staff was very helpful & communicated very effectively.
