You didn’t do what I paid for
Although my sheet shows that my tires were rotated and pressures checked, I do. It trust that was done. I had noted my pressures were low when I took it in, and I was happy to know they would fill then, however the tires still showed low on my way home. So they obviously did not check air pressure, which makes me wonder if they rotated them either.

My key fob on my 2021 venza failed. Parts quoted $245 for the fob and $145 to program. When I got the bill from service it was for $203 dollars. The extra above the quote was to cut the manual key. I did not need one because I have my original fob. I felt I should not have to pay for service I was not told in advance.
