Wonderful customer service!! From scheduling an appointment to picking up my vehicle! Everything went so smoothly and Austen Barker helped me pick up on Sunday and went through everything with me. I was highly impressed with the service and care that was taken to help me. My car was done in a timely manner and I am satisfied with how it runs now after the service.

My parts were not ordered when I made my appointment for service. I was on a big time crunch because I had to be in Grants Pass for a family members surgery. Thankfully I was able to get another appointment and my parts arrived in time to get the work done. I am very grateful for that.

The service dept was great. They were able to take care of other maintenance services even though I had not scheduled them. They are kind and polite and go above and beyond to help out their customers.
