It was very good answered all my questions quickly took my info on checking me in. I answered all my questions and kept me informed and did a very thorough job and would like to work with him again in the future if I had to.

April was so polite and I really enjoyed working with her. I asked her if I needed new windshield wipers and she had the service guys check to see if I even needed them before I bought them. The checked and said I didn’t need them.
Will you stated be an hour service, but it was more like an hour and 40 minutes! For oil change and tire rotation I don’t think it should take over an hour.
My service advisor was good. He answered all my questions and needs.

Took our truck in for an oil change and the service sept called and quoted repairs came in at We don’t drive this vehicle much and the tech told us we should have done this 15 k miles ago. Which would have been 3 services/oil changes ago. It felt to us like they were trying to get extra out of this visit. Disappointed we weren’t told of these issues the last 2-3 times we brought it in since you do ALL of our services since it was brand new in 2011. The service that was provided was fair and reasonable. Just unsatisfied with this.
