The service was fast in reference to repairing the possible flat tire. The mechanic gave me feedback to the fix he did to repair the tire. Fast and efficient.
Toyota misquoted some repair work by about $1500. Due to the significant cost, I started an insurance claim that delayed the repairs. 7 days in, I received a call from the rep that they had made a mistake on the quote for what was needed. The entire issue could have been resolved in 2-3 days, instead of 10. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to get me taken care of. I did end up missing over a 1/2 day of work total with phone calls and picking up and dropping off rentals and vehicles. In spite of that, I do think that it would be valuable to explore how to improve the communication between technicians and service reps to avoid these mistakes. Thank you for the repairs and for going above and beyond.
I made a service appt for maintenance along with getting my second key I have been waiting 8 months for. But when I got to my appointment the service was going to be delays at least 2 hours for the key so I now have to reschedule to get the 2nd key for my car.
Isaiah is always nice and very informative and I’ve dealt with him in the past with my other vehicles and he’s always very helpful and things are done proper always Lets me know where the process is during the steps.

I came at 3:10 for a 3:15 appointment. I was told they were running behind and it would take about 11/2 hours. That was fine with me. 4:45 came and went and it was close to 5:30 before it was ready. I understand and I appreciate the service but I would have appreciated an update.
I was told that everything looked fine but usually they go over all the findings.
Everyone has been extra nice we are having problems getting this Prius fixed but Axel and Isaiah have been great about everything hopefully we can get this taken care of and I'm sure they will
I just really appreciated the time Austen took to explain exactly what the problem was with my car. He kept me updated as this was a multi day repair.
Austen was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully.

Austen is a true professional and I can't say enough in support of him as it relates to his work. I feel so confident and well taken care of, I have and will only request him as my service writer. Kudos to Jason, my mechanic for doing an excellent job repairing and maintaining my vehicle. It's such a relief to have trust in my mechanic!
