I was told my service would take 1.5 hours and 3.0 hours I was still waiting without any update. Then I was told it would take 30 minutes to replace the battery and 1.0 hours later I received my car. So finally after four and half hours I was able to go home and to top everything off I was told by someone that there was a shuttle available to take me home and pick me up. All this was done because I had a dead battery and my car wouldn’t start.
