Even though my appointment day got messed up, you guys still got me in and out within an hour. Impressive!
I was told my service would take 1.5 hours and 3.0 hours I was still waiting without any update. Then I was told it would take 30 minutes to replace the battery and 1.0 hours later I received my car. So finally after four and half hours I was able to go home and to top everything off I was told by someone that there was a shuttle available to take me home and pick me up.
All this was done because I had a dead battery and my car wouldn’t start.
Everything went fantastic as it does every time.
Very professional. Was able to get us in same day, fix the problem, and do it all with a smile.
John was very friendly, professional and efficient. A pleasure to work with.
