I ordered a right rear passenger seat belt during Covid. You guys gave me the center rear seat belt which is the wrong one. I returned it but am told you can’t take it because it is too old and no bag. So I asked to order the replacement and was told it was done. A week later when I picked up my truck I find out it was not ordered and the parts group refuses to comp me for ordering the wrong part. And apparently they are incapable of ordering the correct part.

Isaiah was rude, assuming and condescending with his feedback regarding my request to conduct further investigation into an issue my car has had. I am beyond frustrated with this and feel that I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Just because I am a female does not make me ignorant. Just because my car is new does not make me inexperienced with the engine or transmission type. And as I have pointed out many times before at Lillard Toyota, my daughter is a mechanic and a service manager for another company. She would never allow her techs to behave like this. I would not recommend Lillard for anything except as a last resort.
