Excellent experience! After purchasing my Tacoma from the folks at Damien Lillard Toyota I have been in to the dealership several times, had a lift put on my new truck, brought my wife in and bought a new 4Runner for her and had a service done on my truck. I have YET to interact with ANY employees there that weren’t absolutely the sweetest most polite people!! From the salesmen to the service department…………very impressed!!

Your Service Department did an outstanding job. Soon as I got there I was met by the Service Writer. He informed what was to be serviced. Didn’t take them to long to get the job done. Thomas has been great! There was a recommend service for my vehicle I had an appointment for but the transmission service my vehicle needed used an oil the shop didn’t have so I had to schedule another appointment to get it done. Not a big deal but having a proper recommendation in the first place would have been helpful. Not Thomas’s fault. Just the wrong service recommend for my vehicle. Thanks.
