I had a rattling noise coming from the back of the vehicle which I thought was the back window. Turns out it was the license plate holder which was identified by a gentleman from the service department. Anyhow, he fixed the issue and a now have some sanity from this noise that’s been plaguing me for months.

I was directed to the waiting room when I came for my appointment. Three hours later, having received zero communication, I inquired and found that y’all hadn’t even looked at my vehicle. The rep claimed he was told I dropped the vehicle off and left. Without even having a diagnostic, I certainly couldn’t afford to wait long enough for service.
I spent three hours at your shop and received absolutely no service.
Well, first, the quote that I got over the phone was not the price on my bill and now my car does not blow hot air all the time it goes from hot to cold and I would like to bring it back in and have it fixed please
After having my vehicle serviced, I found a hubcap missing on my vehicle the next day, I believe it was not properly replaced after the service the did
The visit was fine, but now I'm home reading the sheet I was given. Seems I have some brake issues and other issues. If I didn't look at this, I would not have known. I would have liked someone going over this before I left. If nothing else, to make sure I'm reading it right
I am extremely unhappy being charged for a replacement tire on my newly purchased 2024 Sienna. The tire began losing air from the day I purchased it. I took it within the first two weeks of ownership and less than 200 miles on the vehicle. To say I am responsible is insulting. I have already shared my story with friends in McMinnville who will certainly get the word out in the community. Having spent over $44,000 for the vehicle and receive such poor service is very disappointing. To ruin your reputation over a minor problem is truly amazing to me.

My girlfriend brought my SR5 in for servicing. It took an hour just as advised.
I went in for replacement tires and wheels. I was told I needed to have the service done there because the tire pressure sensors needed to be installed in the new set. I paid extra for the sensors and installation, and they do not work.
I appreciate all the help and communication towards my vehicle, explanation of what all the information means and work needs to be done. And the assistance of both Isaiah and austin
Requiring me to purchase the “First Preferred Theft Deterrent Limited Warranty” was unacceptable (even when the paperwork says it’s not required to purchase).
Got my squealing engine belt changed out and back on the road ????????
