John was absolutely great! Very customer service oriented….it was disappointing to learn the LIFETIME oil change program had been discontinued. As disappointing as that was, John was very understanding.

I was treated poorly but customer service and they not only did not perform the recall work that Toyota said was covered, but also earned me they may charge for **** service in the future. My wife and I will get oil changes and other work done at other repair centers from now on. This is my second visit in a row where service was very poor. You've lost my trust and business.

Some dealerships offer free exterior vehicle washes for those who have their vehicles serviced. This would be a good customer benefit for Lillard Toyota dealership to add.

I got to the service desk a couple minutes after receiving the text that my vehicle was ready. The service tech had left for lunch. I had questions. Other guys there said they would have him call me when he returned. He didn’t. I called a couple hours later, was put on hold. After 20 minutes, I hung up. I texted my questions to the text I had received from Austen, but got no reply. I am not happy.

Supposedly, the kidney plate to access my oil pan was gone. Looking at the photo, there was no scratches or anything indicating any kind of force to take it off, which leaves the possibility that it was left off during an oil change, by you. And then a bill for $150, which doubled before the end of the statement with no indication why. All in all, it feels like you are trying to screw me. I have no proof though, so I’ll just have to settle for not coming back.

The service was quick, but no rotation of the tires, no vacuum or no wash. Typically get those anytime a car is serviced. The tread being fine is not an excuse not to rotate at 5k miles. It’s the best thing to do for tire life. Now I have to get it done elsewhere.
