Minor issue but good for you guys to know for future customers.We were disappointed that the vehicle was driven 70 miles without someone telling us. We understand it was for installation of heated seats which we purchased but we had no idea that the install place was so far away. It would have been nice if someone would have told us that ahead of time.
We have not yet inspected the vehicle post 70 mile drive to confirm it is still in like new condition. Assuming it is then otherwise it was a wonderful buying experience and we were very happy to have a such a great experience. We plan on leaving 5 start google review after we take possession of vehicle. Thanks for a great experience ????????
Worked me in for service the same day I called which was a big plus for me under the circumstances. Finished the service ahead of time stated. Which worked well.

It seems the service department is under staffed at this time. To have my car checked in at the 2:00pm appointment,a service technician checked my vehicle in (his hands were greasy, however he did a good job with the check in). Isaiah did a great job writing up my concerns (listening and describing issues). I purchased the Rav4 from this dealer ship for the convenience of location and quality of Toyota cars. I would hope for excellent service in the future.
