Did not refill washer fluid after I pointed out to the folks that it needed refilling. Was told that all fluid levels would be checked.

I paid $2,000 for the two year gold warranty on my 2017 used vehicle. I have only had it for 5 months and came in to get a routine check up. Nothing was covered by the warranty. Apparently by back brakes and rotors already need to be replaced. I was under the impression brakes were covered under my warranty and since they have normal wear and tear, they are not covered. I think it’s misleading to say brakes and certain things are covered when they are not covered for a reason like wear and tear. I am very disappointed and I feel cheated out of $2,000.

I was suppose to receive a call today from service about my husband car and if you could order parts and not one person called me. I Leo call this evening and was told that the service dept was already closed. Very disappointed that no one called me to give me any information on my husbands car and that you’ve had it since Saturday.
Extremely satisfied by contact with John. However when you send me a text saying you're going to ask me one simple question.... don't ask two. Makes me think you're deceitful. Like service and want trade in appraisal. Pretty sure even at 79 that's two questions.
