They were not able to figure out why my car will not start ion some mornings. Unfortunately it has made me late a number of times. I will bring it in Friday and leave it over night to see if it does it Saturday morning. He also advised me to take a picture of my dash when the indicator lights come on. I would have left it on this Thursday but I had a lot of errands to run. Hopefully they can figure it out and make a case of it, so when it happens to other customer they know what to do right off at the beginning of the issue.

Great service from Check-in to Check-out by everyone. Your shuttle driver that took me to the DMV while I was waiting went the extra mile for me. I had not requested that I was going to need a ride when making the online appointment but asked for one since it was raining. My last minute request was handled perfectly. Thank you again. Dave

We have a great experience with our purchase of a Toyota Tacoma t Damian Lillard. Unfortunately, our first service appointment was less than ideal. Obtaining an ETA to retrieve our vehicle after the protective film was applied by an outside vendor proved challenging. Since we live in Portland, it was important we were able to pick it up within a certain timeframe as indicated when we dropped it off initially. After calling the dealership 3 times to pinpoint an ETA, we were happy that our vehicle was ready. Though upon arrival, the pickup was still at the off site vendor. Fortunately the service attendant went out of his way to drive it back to us though 45 minutes later. Apparently, the keys had been dropped off at Toyota but not the vehicle itself. A miscommunication of sorts. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. But when you plan and confirm an ETa only to not have it be reliable, it is disappointing. For, Toyota is known for its Lean methodology and efficiency. Would recommend service dept. validate and verify rather than assume. Other than that, we will still return to Damian Lillard Toyota.
