Brought my Tundra in for service and while it was being worked on I was informed by Isaiah about an hour later that the service was complete and that I was done. I liked that he kept me informed about the service.

They misplaced my keys, kept trying to give me the wrong car, had me sign for someone else car and Im not sure that anything was done and when I first got there I had been waited for the ONE employee to finish the a custom ahead of me, he started to turn to help me as some jerk came up to the ONE employee and I was basically blown off because the jerk was highly prized customer, my first visit was extremely unpleasant

Thomas has been one of the most outstanding service advisors to help me with my vehicle and all its repairs him and Isaiah have been a god send from repairs to new tires to my tiny being replaced after it was damaged by your techs I’d give him and Isaiah an 10+++. For their service in my Camry and also my wife’s rav4 we have serviced their. They are the main reason I keep coming back for my services there. So please make sure they both get a big pay on the back and a big thank you for their work and service excellent customer service everytime we come there

Mostly very positive. Great work at a good price. But in at 12:30 and out at 5:30, if not later, is pretty taxing for a 90-minute job. Hope that’s a very rare exception.

160 for diagnosis? That’s ridiculous. I waited two hours for service and They said everything looks good. If I took the time to take my two years truck for service , my expectations were to fixed it. I left and my truck still trembling. Im not going to pay 160 for diagnosis and on top of that pay for the repair. I’m in shock and very disappointed.

I had talked to the manager the day before about some issues I had concerning the service and payment and at the end of the call he said he would see what he could do to help with this visit, then I never heard anything from anyone the day I came in. Not a word. And then the person I was working with went on lunch and was passing me off to someone else and said it would only be a few minutes. My car sat outside for around 35 minutes and finally I decided to check on it and sure enough it was done and the paperwork was there but the keys weren’t. So I was essentially forgotten about. I’m not “mad” about these things, but from the paperwork I have, had I gone to I-5 Toyota I not only wouldn’t have paid a diagnostic fee for a problem we already knew the answer to (based on the notes from the Toyota service print out on the car that I brought in to Toyota to review) but I also would have been given 50% off for the issue. So, if this happens again, with the fourth door, I will be going there for my service even if it is extra driving.
