I had talked to the manager the day before about some issues I had concerning the service and payment and at the end of the call he said he would see what he could do to help with this visit, then I never heard anything from anyone the day I came in. Not a word. And then the person I was working with went on lunch and was passing me off to someone else and said it would only be a few minutes. My car sat outside for around 35 minutes and finally I decided to check on it and sure enough it was done and the paperwork was there but the keys weren’t. So I was essentially forgotten about. I’m not “mad” about these things, but from the paperwork I have, had I gone to I-5 Toyota I not only wouldn’t have paid a diagnostic fee for a problem we already knew the answer to (based on the notes from the Toyota service print out on the car that I brought in to Toyota to review) but I also would have been given 50% off for the issue. So, if this happens again, with the fourth door, I will be going there for my service even if it is extra driving.
Sad that I can't get the car washed when I bring it in for service anymore.this was one of the things I always looked forward to.
It was a very pleasant experience.
Toyota couldn't solve the issue on my Tacoma and said the sound was normal, even though it isn't normal at all. I have it serviced every 5k miles and same with tire rotation. It's never been off road. I didn't spend over 40k for a truck to sound like an old tractor/helicopter taking off. I will be taking it to another shop since actual Toyota cannot seem to fix their own vehicle or getting rid of it and not buying another Tacoma again. It never used to make that sound.

They quoted me over 3000.00 for an oil leak fix and I asked for a part list and it was stuff to fix my whole engine. Excessive and unnecessary so no thank you
Everyone was great. I did get a brief appraisal and looked around the lot, but there was really nothing that I can afford at this time.-I bought this car (my 2014 Corolla) from the same lot 10 years ago, so I’ll be back as soon as I figure out my budget!!
