I was in receipt of a recall notice. It was a simple look to verify something on my rav. Seconds for a mechanic, but it took forever when it is not my problem but yours. A little bit of contrition would be in order. Maybe the service writer could open the hood and declare it satisfactory and I am on my way Stan
