Great service and friendly people
Did not understand the 5000mi oil change schedule from Toyota care service.
I was a bit overwhelmed with the number of suggested services that were texted to me. A couple of them were ambiguous/confusing.
Overall, really great service and communication. However, I brought both my keys in because the $349 package include key battery replacement in the description. My highlander came with 2 so I assumed both would be replaced. One was not because only one is included. It seems like a nickel dime silly move and the package could specify.

Everyone did a great job! On behalf of the planet, I would love to see you printing less paper for your receipts, quotes etc. By the time I realized I had an electronic option everything was already printed. Seriously recommend you at least go to double sided printing..
Disappointed when I couldn’t leave my truck on the lot over the weekend with the dealership after the final sale. I had an appointment with a local vender who was going to make arrangements with your team. I was told the sale was over and the dealership was not going to help.
