Nick is very thorough in checking our car in, communicating with me about any costs including suggested repairs, etc., and completes a very clear and easy payment process.

I received a random text at 7:30 am on March 10 telling me my vehicle is ready. That's odd - it was not in for service.
You may want to check out your process - it's sending texts when no work was done.
No huge complaints but I did ask for the alignment check when I scheduled the appointment and it was not noted. That may be why it took an hour longer than estimated to complete the work. Had I known it would be over three hours I would have made other arrangements. Overall though everyone was friendly and the work on the vehicle appears to be satisfactory.
I experienced excellent customer service. The staff who I worked with, and who communicated with me were well informed, gracious, and extremely helpful and determining what I need to do for my car moving forward.
You went above and beyond! I was expecting to have to wait until Tuesday for you to be able to fix it. You did it on Friday!!! And I got my car back the same day. I am very happy with your service. Thank you very much!!
