All staff esp. Isaiah and Nick, very professional and helpful-but DLillard had not adequately screened area post construction, a nail on the property punctured my tire and it needed replacement: another 70 minutes delay. Grateful to Nick and Issiah (and my tire warranty).

I was surprised the employees I interacted with didn’t know about the sale I was taking advantage of. I needed to show them the email you all had sent me. And rather than showing me a list of services I might need, and their cost, why not review with me the past service history of the car you sold me last September, and help me plan ahead for recommended service?
Radiator failed after only 2.5 years and Isaiah made it right. I don't have good experiences with dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service here

Not satisfied overall when making an appointment for 830 and then its 45 minutes to an hour later before the service is started and I dont get how when you do this everyday and you know exactly how much oil and parts cost that whatbyou are told cost wise for the oil change is always less than what you are charged when no extra services were done just be upfront and say with fees and parts it will cost this much not tack on another 10nor more dollars after
