I have a warranty for my tires and I had a nail in my tire. The dealership did not have a tire in stock. They could order me a tire, but it was not gonna be there until Monday afternoon. The nearest Toyota dealership to me in Washington state is 90 miles away. I bought this car in McMinnville that is where my brother lives and figured it could be service when I was visiting with him. Because of this tire situation. I now need to try to navigate a warranty with the Wenatchee dealership and have them get a tire in stock when I head that direction. My car is a 2023 model and it does not seem that difficult to have a tire of that size available in the dealership for such occasion as this. The point of a warranty is to have a solution to a common and potentially expensive problem with a vehicle. I would like the McMinnville dealership to communicate my tire situation with a Wenatchee Washington dealership and the Wenatchee dealership get in contact with me to say they have my tire covered by warranty for me to make an appointment with them
Isiah was very professional and he fixed the problem with my car and it ended up being something different than what we had originally thought it was so it ended up costing me way less than we thought so I was extremely happy
I was satisfied just had one thing that could possibly be improved. My truck was done probably twenty minutes before I was able to leave. There were 4 guys working at the service desk and only one helping the other two customers check out. I’m sure they were doing something. Maybe you could find a way to have them help the one person so the customer could leave sooner.

My previous service wasn’t accurately documented and the technician was recommending performing services that were already completed recently.
Also at my last visit, I was improperly scheduled for a service that was not for my particular vehicle and quoted a much different price than the service that was actually to be completed.

Nick was great! No complaints about him. I am just dissatisfied that the dealership charges a $160 diagnostic fee when I told you exactly what and where the problem was, it was a minor problem (a hose with a hole in it), and it could be seen without taking the engine apart. I’m sure it took less than 5 minutes to locate the hole.
$50 for a $10 cabin filter, really?
