When I got in my vehicle to leave, there was a box that looked like it was for an air filter. I thought perhaps it was the cabin air filter that had been changed. No problem I will toss it when I get home. When I got home and I opened the box it was a new air filter of some sort. So my questions are these- is that my air filter? And if so was it supposed to be put in my vehicle? Did I get charged for a new one but didn’t receive it? Attention to detail seems to be lacking here.
I have nothing bad to say. Everyone was very friendly especially the 2 drivers that I had that day. They were awesome! I had them clear the codes on my dash but they came back on and that's the only issue that I had. Other than that it was a good experience. Thank you all for your services!!

They didn't look at the vehicle for an hour and a half for a recall. I had to ask what was going on, turned out to be nothing wrong. I had an appointment and sat there for all that time.
