Isaiah was great. I havent driven the car enough to give to rate the repair. But my hood wasn't latched completely when the car wasxreleased. Plus, after paying $5K, cleaning the car would be a nice reward to the customer.

Too many recommendations for “extra” services. Things I dont think actually need done.
Vehicle service was completed quickly, perhaps a little too quickly. Last service I received pictures of wheels off for rotation and hood open for oil and filter change…etc. this time 2 blurred pictures of underneath the vehicle. No personalization just in / out. I just hope they did what the maintenance book says.

I just loved working with Michaela, she was great. She was on top of everthing and I really appreciated her help.
I paid $300 dollars for tinting on the driver’s and passenger’s side of my 2024 Venza. When I picked my Venza up I noticed streaks running down the outside and inside side of the Venza. I would have thought the that the tint installer would have cleaned up the vehicle. I love the tinting, but the vehicle should have been cleaned after the work was completed.
