I was a little concerned that the representative did not have my appointment on file for that day. She eventually found it but it was concerning since I was contacted by text several times reminding me about the appointment. I was also concerned that she told me that my service would end in 2026. But had no record that I had paid for extra service for 5 years when I bought the car. Now I am concerned that the service plan was not communicated to the service department. The representative was polite.
