Paid for a diagnosis that wasn’t accurate. The fix for the noise my car was making was easy and free taking it to another place. Wrong information was relayed to me. Feels like a waste of money, frustrating and disappointing.

Somehow wax and scratches ended up on my drivers side door. I appreciate them cleaning up their mistake but there was no answer or solution to what happened and why my car what brought out to me like that.

The data plate on the vehicle states the tire pressure should be 33lbs. When I arrived home the website that tracks vehicle health stated the pressure was 40lbs on all four. I would suggest your tech calibrate his tire pressure gauge. I checked with my own gauge and sure enough, the tires were at 40lbs.

I keep getting told that the car will be repaired in two days, and so far it’s been two weeks. I even got this survey before the car was repaired. Heck, I was told to ignore the text saying that my car was repaired because they are still working on it. I am not happy.
