When purchased car at your dealership, understood oil changes were free and no mention of 10000 intervals for the free changes up to 2 years.
I was only charged $40 but my friends and I change oil every 5000.
I do a lot of short trips versus highway driving. One friend purchased rav 4 at another dealership and not restricted to 10000 miles for free changes,
Max is a good employee but unsure how and why the charge of $40 came about. And if come back at 15000 miles, will the oil change be free or charged? If so how much as McMinnville is out of my way. Ty

Not here to be that customer but please quote what’s needed on a vehicle and not what makes you a sale. Also I came in for my oil change with 37,000 miles. Left and later realized my next service due was put in at 38,000. Could be an honest mistake but really? Be honest and win customers not just a sale.
