In the Customer waiting area needs a coffee machine they can service Customers in the afternoon along with the popcorn machine possible some Danish .

I had to wait nearly 45 minutes past the scheduled time before my truck was taken into the service area. The service team and the service manager did a good job to expedite the basic multipoint service inspection.
I recently moved to Oregon from Pennsylvania but have been using Damian Lillard for the last two years during my visits. I have always been satisfied with the quality of service. I will continue to use Lillard for my service.
I dropped my car off in the morning at 8 AM and I did not receive any follow up until I called at 2:30 in the afternoon to find out that my car had been sitting there waiting for me to respond to a text message I never received. You need to have better follow up between your text alerts and a phone call from staff if no one responded within an hour of the text alert supposedly being sent someone should call.
Nick was so great to work with!! He fully explained the work and it was completed as said and was even better as there was no charge. I had a lot of work done on the car the day before and this completed all the work!!

Always have a great experience there. We love our Highlander and have already taken several long road trips. It’s a great car.
It took quite awhile to get helped upon dropping off and picking up, but everyone was very friendly, and acknowledged us. We were in for a fairly expensive service but the service person called twice asking for additional things, and kept saying our vehicle was a hybrid when it was a tundra, and had a difficult time telling me what the additional charges would be. He was a very nice person, but I felt maybe a little under trained. I felt a little “upsold”. We ended up paying double what we planned. It’s a little scary not knowing if these things are really necessary or being done. The communication is excellent! I appreciate the text updates and reminders and overall upgrades to the facility!
I was quoted a price over the phone and when I brought my car in for service I was going to charged twice what was quoted.
