Richard was great. Kept us informed and made sure our experience was great. Repair was misdiagnosed the day I bought the car for my wife and I’ve had it in for the same thing 5 times. Richard told me what he thought was the problem and got it fixed correctly.
As always, my service advisor Antonio took great care of my concerns—kind, pleasant, and easy to work with. He delivered the level of service I’ve come to expect from Volvo. He truly is a hidden gem on the service team—definitely deserving of a raise or some well-earned time off.
Outstanding experience. Met friendly/familiar face (Alley) when I arrived, quick check-in, and loaner ready to go. Kept up-to-date on my car’s repair status and when it was ready for pick-up. The car was clean and ready when I arrived. Great job.

My vehicle was ready for me to pick up on Tuesday around 1. I asked if I could get a ride and was told "of course". I can tell you that was not the case. You guys use LYFT for rides and for whatever reason the LYFT Drivers kept cancelling, more than 6 times they cancelled. I was asked if I could walk to a nearby gas station to be picked up (I know this was just an effort to get Lyft to pick me up, but ridiculous). Asking your customer to walk to a gas station seem a little unreasonable and not on brand with Volvo (a luxury vehicle). I was not able to get to Volvo without a ride, so I had to wait an extra day and had a family member pick me up and take me to her house. Lyft showed up right away. In fact the Lyft driver said she had been to Luke AFB visitors center to pick people up and drop off in the past, she wasn't sure why that was happening. At any rate, if you want my feedback, you got it. Do better for customer transport, and don't ask a customer to walk to a near by gas station.
