Dropped off vehicle at 1:15 for a regular inspection and oil change. I tried reaching the store multiple times that day and they were unable to get back to me. It seems like I should be able to get my car back same day especially for an oil change. Ali treated me very well and I have no complaints with her.

I was told that I needed some service to my vehicle. However the item we had done just under a year ago. When asked about why the response was that an hourly guy did it. This doesn’t make me comfortable with the level of expertise of the mechanic. Especially with it being a Volvo, I expect better.

Not sure what’s wrong with my car now after being in for service the no oil pressure warning came on for which there was no issue when the vehicle arrived for routine service today. so I’m in a loaner until it’s repaired properly and fully. No rush really get it resolved properly. Jake was great in helping me through everything today, discussing tires and then assisting with addressing the new unexpected oil pressure issue after the initial service and getting me on my way in a loaner.
