I’m disappointed, not by Jake, but by the stocking policy of Volvo of Arrowhead. Twice I have had to replace a tire. Each time you haven’t had the tire in stock. It seems to take several days to get one tire. Tying up my car the whole time.
This particular time I had use of another car. But a tire shouldn’t take 4 business days to replace.
Send a loaner car out instead of Lyft. Same day reruns. Car was parked outside and came back filthy

Richard waited patiently while I arrived right at 6pm to drop off the family car and had the loaner car waiting. There was great communication between us and was understanding when I said my family needed to review the cost for the repairs.
Ruben made sure that I understood every service he would manage. He kept me informed about the service progress. He even walked me to my cat when the service was complete. He shook my hand and thanked me for my trust in him and the dealership. Ruben went above and beyond all expectations.
