Service felt very very rushed. Car wasn’t clean because they ran out of time, little communication, we had to call for updates. I had the brakes checked because they were squeaking and they said there was no issues, just brake dust and now two days later, they are squeaking again.

I have used other locations, such as the Scottsdale location where I purchased the car. I will NEVER go back there. This place is completely different. They are respectful, don't talk down to people, and they are efficient. And I can't believe how well my car was cleaned for an oil change. I will not take my car anywhere else. The ladies are more knowledgeable about cars than the average person. I continued to be impressed. I was referred there a year ago when the body shop I went to said that they send all their cars there rather than the closer Scottsdale location because the mechanics and service are better. They couldn't be more right! Don't change a thing.
