When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed stains on the headliner from when they replaced the visor and didn’t clean it up in addition to stains on my door kick panel. This was my first service center appointment since owning the vehicle so I am pretty disappointed. I’m happy to provide pictures if you would like. Erin D
Jake Johnson is the best service advisor at Arrowhead Volvo. He listens well, makes great notes for the technicians, and advises work to be fone, based on urgency. I only work with Jacob. Great asset to the dealership
