Ruben made sure that I understood every service he would manage. He kept me informed about the service progress. He even walked me to my cat when the service was complete. He shook my hand and thanked me for my trust in him and the dealership. Ruben went above and beyond all expectations.

El carro continúa con el mismo problema, luego de dos semanas de revisión hoy me informaron que estaba listo fui a recoger mi carro, realice el pago de los servicios realizados que fue de 1020.36 dólares y a mitad de camino el carro me puso el mismo problema en la pantalla. (Reduced engine performance).

Even if I've had to come in for repairs, man does Antonio and the team do a great job taking care of me. But Antonio genuinely has gone above and beyond and I feel like he really cares about getting my issues figured out.

Jake is consistently providing me excellent service when I request annual maintenance on my Volvo. He provides timely communication regarding findings from inspections and when additional repairs are needed he provides explanations including costs. He does all this with a kind, caring attitude!
Richard failed to notify me of delays in getting my oil changed until I called him 4 hours after dropping off my vehicle. He told me personnel shortages had caused the delay and he would attempt to have my car ready by 6pm. I never heard back from him and when I called the next morning I was told that Richard was off for the day. My car was delivered to me without being serviced at my request. I left a message for the service manager to call me and he never did call back.
My vehicle broke down again within 2 hrs after receiving it back.
Ali was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and kept me up to date as my car was being serviced. Volvo is very lucky to have her.
