This was the absolute worst and most frustrating experience I've had to date here. My vehicle sat there for nearly 2 weeks for a windshield replacement and a start/stop battery replacement + 2 key fob batteries. I wasted an entire morning driving all the way over there (sicker than a dog mind you) to take pictures and submit them to insurance, which, as it turns out, I didn't need to be on site at all for. He did it for me when I arrived as it was not working on my end. Antonio could have taken care of that from the jump. I was charged nearly $500 for a battery that I did not approve. My vehicle was returned to me finally, completely filthy, both the exterior and interior. Paperwork stated the interior was vacuumed and windows were cleaned. Total nonsense! That couldn't be more untrue. There were crumbs, wrappers, trash ect all over the vehicle and dirty windows. The loaner car had several issues as well. Completely filthy, (crumbs, balck smudges, stains amd trash everywhere) when given to me, tech problems with the panel not responding, therefore AC and Bluetooth only worked 25% of the time. I brought these problems up last week and no alternative vehicle was even offered to me or even just cleaned when I arrived last week to "take pictures." Very frustrating given how hot it has been the past 2 weeks. It was very uncomfortable to drive. I am beyond dissatisfied and cannot believe Volvo would drop the bar so low. I felt like I was at a sleezy used car dealership. No red carpet treatment whatsoever. So disappointed. Will be writing the same review online as well. At minimum, a courtesy full detail would have been nice, which I specifically asked Antonio to chat with the manager about. But when I picked it up yesterday, he did he said he forgot but I could come back anytime and he would personally hand wash my vehicle. Completely ridiculous! Antonio was pleasant and kind and work with and he took care of the battery which I did not approve of, but still. I cannot award a 10 here. I cannot overexposed my level of dissatisfaction on multiple issues. Shame on you Volvo!

I wish I would have been better informed of the status of my car…. After I checked in after I had been there a couple of hours, I was told it would be another 30 minutes …. An hour later no one had given me an update…..I checked in again after another hour or so, and an associate was going to check in things, but he never found me and gave me an update…. Just a little frustrating…. Everyone was still very nice
