Maybe the worst service I’ve had. I felt dismissed, he was scrolling on tik tok and it felt like he couldn’t be bothered to get up, my questions seemed bothersome to him and I sensed he treated me differently because I was female. My car didn’t get fixed and it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. I absolutely will be leaving a review about him and this experience.
The service team was great. Jake served us so well and it was a joy to work with him. We did have a disappointment related to a recent warranty ending but that does not reflect on the team but it leaves a mark as far is the Volvo brand is concerned.
Antonio **** was amazing and was honest about the issues and costs. He even went above and beyond to try and use the extended warranty to help cover costs.
The upfront honest and complete respect he has, is one the reasons I make sure I will get my Volvos repaired at this location.
Jake is always friendly and helpful. I feel like I’m bringing my car to a friend for service. Love that he’s not high pressure but always informative!

Everything was great and y’all were communicative. I would say, however, that the tech working on my car was dirty and stained the doors and seats. I had to wipe my new car down when I picked it up. To be fair, I’m just so happy to finally be in my car with BOTH keys that that minor inconvenience is easily forgiven.
