Antonio and the Volvo Service Team did a great job today. My only issue is that I was charged for tire rotation and wheel alignment which I “thought” was covered on the super duper (very expensive) extended warranty that Travis sold us when we bought the car?!

Ali is the only Service I want to work with. She is professional and treats people with happiness. Answers questions and if she doesn’t have the answer will try to find it. Ali definitely is heads and heals over any other Service Rep that I have interacted with.

This visit was in regard to a problem with the recent software updates a couple of weeks ago. We are frustrated with the problems that resulted from the updates...lots more problems with the system after the updates than before! Antonio did a great job talking with us to get all of the issues we had experienced. He shared his confidence in the service technicians that would solve the problems. And we hope its the end of it!

Jacob Johnson was so easy to work with and did not try to upsell any more services than were needed. I appreciate an honest service advisor and an honest dealership. Love my Volvo and have no issues with ever having it serviced at Arrowhead.

my car was left filthy, the air conditioning, which is what I paid $5000 to have repaired was not even returned full of R134 a and I had to add about a whole can of it when I got home in order to make the air cold. It smells like burning coolant because coolant was obviously spilled all over the engine bay leaving dried coolant marks all over the plastics which is corrosive on the hoses and my center console would roller no longer closes, and it was fine when I dropped it off. The car was also filthy on the outside with black tar speckles. for $5000 and keeping my car for a week I expected my car to be returned much better condition. The reason I paid extra to have Volvo deal with my car rather than a local shop is because I thought you guys would take care of it, but I was wrong. And now Antonio said to return the car, but I can’t take any more time off of work or be without a car and you guys are about 45 minutes away from my home so I am just showered with inconvenience.. and on top of it I was told my car was driven 45 miles and they did not replace the gasoline so I got my car back with almost no gas in it. Just not a great or a professional experience at all.

When I initially spoke to Richard it was clear that he was not interested in what I thought as demonstrated by him interrupting me several times. In addition to this, I asked him to communicate with me directly rather than my wife but your team only changed the phone number and not the name of the person with which your dealership was communicating. Not a big deal but a bit sloppy. Richard and I agreed to communicate by text as I am a busy guy and I wanted be able to communicate timely. If the communication is going to be via text, the text from customers must be answered. Via text, I asked Richard what the hours of the service department are. He responded that he was there until 5. I then sent a text asking if I could pick up the car after hours and never received a response from Richard. Because I did not receive a response and I assumed that I needed to be at the dealership by 5. I did call but there was no answer. I cancelled two meetings and drove 30 miles out of my way to arrive before 5 so I could get the keys then drive home to get a second driver and then back to the dealership rather than driving to the house then to the dealership. Once I arrived at your dealership I was informed that I could have picked the car up after 5. This lack of communication cost me two hours out of my day and 30 extra miles of drive distance. I am sure the expectation is that your staff communicate with customers, particularly when a simple and direct question is asked. I prefer to bring the car to the dealership for all service, but if it costs me more (I could have had the exact tire replaced for 80 dollars less at Discount Tires) AND the customer service is poor there is a strong disincentive to utilize Arrowhead Volvo for service in the future or shop for our next car at your dealership. Perhaps the fact that the service was a simple tire replacement and a low dollar service ticket makes me a low priority customer. It certainly felt as if there was not a lot of interest in serving me with respect and complete communication.

Jake is very pleasant and Im hapoy he’s my service advisor. The trouble isnt with him. I brought my vehicle in and the tech was unable to diagnose the problem so he put a new battery in my fob and sent me on my way. 5 days later neither of my fobs were working. I had said they inly work for a few days after installing new batteries, yet that’s all that was done. I’ve scheduled an appt at another volvo dealer to have them swap out the fovs
