Ali handled everything for me and I enjoyed talking with my friend the entire time we waited. It didn’t take very long and Ali came out to the lounge and told me it was done. She was very pleasant and polite.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback for Antonio ****. In short, Antonio is exceptional. From the moment I drove into the garage for my service, he was the first one to greet me with a smile and a handshake. He throughly listened to my concerns about the vehicle, and he offered practical solutions to address the wait times (drive home, waiting room, etc). I elected to remain in the waiting room, which is very nice and comfortable (assortment of refreshments and espresso machine is a plus), and it was quiet to get my personal work completed. While the work was ongoing, I received text updates, which is so much appreciated to remove the anticipation of waiting. Upon completion, he immediately alerted me. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you, Antonio. I would like to provide some feedback that is completely unrelated to Antonio. So, these do NOT reflect upon him. It is clear that your location needs to hire additional service technicians given the load of work and wait times. This will help offset the waits for vehicles (weekends needed for diagnostics checks, extended times for oil changes (3 hours)), and is not a practical way to function operationally. It will reduce the stress for the customer as well as the perceived stress that can be seen among the technicians. Please address that. Finally, the vehicle that I have has had ongoing issues from the computer/digital end of it (camera may not work, Sirius may not be complexly functional, turn signal will not sound, etc). I will be bringing it in to have a full evaluation, but requiring it for an entire day or 3-day weekend is not acceptable. While the service I have had with the Volvo technicians is exceptional, the business model (all-day/weekend waits and no car loaners) and vehicle are not (it is coming up on a year old and has had these issues ever since even with timely updates). When I picked up my Volvo after the A/C was fixed, here are my negative experiences: 1. I negotiated an additional $200 discount before agreeing to pay the very large amount of nearly $5,000 (which is due to the broken component being behind the dashboard which takes $3,000 of labor to take out and put back in). That additional discount was only roughly $90 in the final bill. Since I insisted in reading the bill, I had to call out this miss and had to wait for the manager to approve it. When the manager was not available, the change was made to the bill without the manager. In summary, super high price, discount not in bill (though honored) and had to wait unnecessarily an extra 10 to 15 minutes. 2. There were (and still are) dirty/greasy fingerprints on the center console from the work done. 3. The car was not washed and was much dirtier than when I dropped it off. 4. There is a video of the car done by the mechanic that was supposedly sent via a link to my mobile phone. The link did not work so my wife recorded the video by using her phone to capture while it played on the screen on the PC.

Upon leaving same day within a hour with serviced vehicle we had to return vehicle as alert warning came on display for low tire pressure. This is after added rotating tires and brake check servicing of $300.00.
