I received a text stating my car was done when I arrived they hadn't even started the tire repair. Richard was rude and unhelpful. He said it would be 15-20 minutes, it was an hour and I got a loaner
Jacob was able to get my car service completed sooner than I expexted especially since I didn't have an appointment. Completed the work I needed and identified some that I wasn't aware of. Jacob did a fantastic job. Completely satisfied Jacob has always taken great care of my vehicle! Excellent work!

I am driving my 5th Volvo, a 2013 Xc70 that finally got to have its 60,000 mile service! Obviously I don’t drive much, I’m almost 83 And stay local. I depend on Volvo and Jake to keep my car running. I have complete confidence in Jake. I never feel pressured to do things.
THE PROBLEMS WERE NOT RESOLVED.
Not really happy with how events unfolded when I initially dropped off my vehicle for service for the check engine light (assumed to be mass air flow sensor being unplugged) , issue was not looked into further since vehicle was brought in low on gas.
There was no charge for plugging the sensor back in, so I had approved other services assuming my vehicle had its main concern resolved (960$) only to find out it was much worse and that the overall repairs estimate to about 10k. As you can assume this kinda left a weird impression of the Volvo corporation as a whole as to what types of practices are involved when entering the dealership.
First time we used the valet service.It was a great service for us! Just wish we had discovered it before 80,000 miles on our vehicle!
My concerns were addressed.
