I just purchased my used 2023 Volvo XC-40 in February. I had to bring it into service THREE !!! times since then: Feb 24, June 8, June 23rd. This has lowered my confidence in the quality of my new vehicle.
While Jake Johnson has always been an excellent Service professional, I would rather not have to see him so frequently.

Antonio was the best. Terrific communicator and took care of me and my car as needed. Went the extra mile to get me a loaner and helped me out in addressing issue I had with warranty.
Not all fees were explained or made clear during quote. Tried to sell me on a service that I already have covered through prepaid maintenance, but was not recognized until I insisted. Passenger seat was pushed all the way back into a car seat, breaking off the cupholders and rendering it unsafe.
Kept me informed of the PLAN and PROGRESS.
Ruben was super helpful and kept me informed on everything going on with my c40 when it was being serviced.
My car is still doing the same things I brought it in for.
Volvo was there for 3 days for routine maintenance. Less than 200 mi later I can't get the car to start. I has now been back for another 3 days and I'm still not sure what was wrong. Did something get screwed up with all the maintenance that was done the first time?
