Brought my vehicle in for sensor issues over a month ago, was told everything was fixed and charged almost $1900. Got the vehicle back and nothing was working still, in fact there were more issues. The car started locking itself randomly throughout the day. Brought it back to have issues fixed and never had it back for weeks. I was then called and said nothing could be fixed and on top of that wouldn’t get any refund for the issues I paid for that were never fixed. On top of that when I picked my vehicle up the right turn signal is now malfunctioned so I have no turn lights. I was sent this survey on Thursday and only got the vehicle back today so not ever the surveys are done right. I also had numerous calls from salespeople wanting me to trade in after I said no multiple times. Quite easily the worst experience and service or lack thereof I’ve ever experience with anything.

Service Writer was great!! Parts department service was great!! But when I picked up the car, On the driver's door was a rubber mark down the door about 10 inches and a paint chipped on the door. I have a before video showing no chip. Richard in Service said he would take car of it.

I received a text stating my car was done when I arrived they hadn't even started the tire repair. Richard was rude and unhelpful. He said it would be 15-20 minutes, it was an hour and I got a loaner
