Jacob did a great job, he explained that the recall will take the entire day to complete and called me an uber.
Unfortunately, the computer went down that is used for the recall and I will have to reschedule. No worries. I was nor prepared to leave my car at the dealer all day. I will schedule to get a loaner next time.
Randy quickly understood our quandary and came up with a plan to address it. Give him a raise!

Very disappointed with your dealership! This repair took longer than I was promised. I had to adjust my work schedule and feel like I was overcharged for the work done. Additionally I told Randy that the cover for my brake needed to be fixed and this was not done.
I am disappointed and frustrated. I am not sure that I will return for any further repairs on my vehicle from your dealership because of this. I’m not happy about this.

Ali Crissman is very professional and courteous. She did well keeping me informed of my vehicle.
She was also very attentive when I had an incident with the garage door making sure I was ok.

I liked the valet service. Always good service. It would have been helpful to get a preview of what I would encounter on the screen after receiving the cat after the software update.
