I don’t like the % charge to use a credit card at your dealership. It is I think unfair. The work/professionalism all good it is that charge that is bad.

The service provided by Ali Crissman is totally professional and exceptional… Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for your service being provided to get me home and back while my car is being serviced lift is a total disaster. I had to wait 40 minutes from the time I called to let them know I was ready to be picked up and brought back to the service area. I much prefer when your own drivers were available to transport me as they were very professional on time, etc..
