I had an appointment for 9:30. I was told there were several cars before us at that time. I needed the car back for work by six pm, and hadn’t planned on leaving it there. With traffic, I wasn’t able to get the car home until 6:15pm, making me late for work. This was after multiple calls asking about the car. Why have an appointment if you’re not going to honor it? I’ve had to wait multiple times before, but this time was the worst. I won’t be coming back.

I scheduled an appointment online for 60 k service for my Volvo and the price online stated it was $470 ish. I chose that service and said I would wait for the service to be completed at the dealership. When I got to the dealership to drop it off for service I was told the price would be almost $700 and it would take 5-6 hours to complete. I was not waiting for that long and the offered me a Lyft home which was very nice. When I got home I called Richard at the dealership to say i would need a Lyft to come take me back to the dealership and to schedule it around 2 pm to pick me up. 2 pm came around and the Lyft was not at my house. I tried to call the dealership to see about the Lyft and I got an answering service with a person that had a heavy accent and was very hard to understand. He asked me all kinds of questions about my car then asked what I was calling about and I told him I just wanted to know where my Lyft ride was. He said he could not help me with that and said someone would have to call me back. I hung up and called the dealership back and Richard actually answered and I asked him where my Lyft ride was and he said he would get one ordered. Apparently he forgot to order one for the time I requested. I have had a great experience with this dealership until today. 5-6 hours to change spark plugs and oil seems like a very long to me. Very frustrated as this process took all day to complete out of my very busy day.
