Ali was excellent. I still have an issue with Pirelli Tires. Volvo should not offer its tires.
Ali Crissman is very professional and courteous. She did well keeping me informed of my vehicle.
She was also very attentive when I had an incident with the garage door making sure I was ok.

I don’t like the % charge to use a credit card at your dealership. It is I think unfair. The work/professionalism all good it is that charge that is bad.
