This will be in reference to Ali.I had brought in
our 2012 C70. It needed scheduled maintenance that Ali has always kept up for us, mostly my wife Julie. This schedule was a little different. It was because my wife had said "I will not get rid of this car until they pry my dead fingers off the wheel". She died 12/21/25. So our son is getting it next week.Ali and Julie were together for years.Julie only trusted Ali with her car. Hope this states how good Ali his and will continue to be.You can trust Ali with your car.

Jacob did a great job, he explained that the recall will take the entire day to complete and called me an uber.
Unfortunately, the computer went down that is used for the recall and I will have to reschedule. No worries. I was nor prepared to leave my car at the dealer all day. I will schedule to get a loaner next time.
Randy quickly understood our quandary and came up with a plan to address it. Give him a raise!

Very disappointed with your dealership! This repair took longer than I was promised. I had to adjust my work schedule and feel like I was overcharged for the work done. Additionally I told Randy that the cover for my brake needed to be fixed and this was not done.
I am disappointed and frustrated. I am not sure that I will return for any further repairs on my vehicle from your dealership because of this. I’m not happy about this.
