James is very nice. No one was able to answer my question as to what was covered under my prepaid maintenance agreement. I was told that you would be called in 30 minutes. That did not happen.

We have to make a follow-up appointment and drop off and pick up because the parts needed for our service were not in stock. Please try to stock all throughout the third parts for minor service
Nicely regimented service shop sequence. Showroom is simple but elegant and well done. Staff at every level and department were great. Only bump is that for an Italian car shop there could be a more impressive coffee/espresso machine.

I waited 40 days for the part and it didn’t fix the issue.
Still can’t open door. It worked when I left hasn’t worked since.
I think it’s an issue with the lock / unlock system
