For the money we pay for service the simple things should be automatic. I'm really frustrated with our service so far. First and second service they didn't reset the timers. I had to bring the car back (40 miles each way) to have that corrected. I had issues with the shift buttons and they said it was corrected. It wasn't so I asked them to come get the car. Nobody showed up when promised. I ended up bringing the car back in for the shifter replacement. My latest service they overfilled the oil. I called and they said bring it back. It will only take 30 minutes. I drove back (40 miles each way) and spent 2 1/2 hours before complaining and finally got the car back still giving me the warning because they said they couldn't reset it without another hour to reset everything, or I could just drive it and it would reset eventually. You tell me, does this sound like a good experience? I understand my choice is limited but I will be looking for a new dealership.

Quality of service from Tony was first class . I was very impressed . I liked the previously lady we dealt with. But super happy to meat Tony who is even better.

I was very happy to learn that you finally got rid of Seth. It was a disappointment that you got rid of Mike however, when Seth took over everything went downhill, and I refuse to come to this dealership, I dreaded bringing my car in for the recall because I thought Seth still worked there and I stopped bringing my car there because of Seth I was pleasantly surprised to me Tony . He is great very knowledgeable. Very concerned with what customers have to say and very eager to make your visit, pleasant and asking tons of questions about how he could make my next visit better.

Hi Glad you asked. Had a 9am appointment was told wait in the show room and he would get us when he was done w the customer at his desk . When we enter a sell man said need any help? I replied my car in for service getting a cup of coffee. He ask what year , 2019 Levanti Trofeo which he assume was not under warranty. He then proceeded to try to show me a Levanti in the show room. I then realizing he was trying to sell me a car saying my car out of warranty. He never introduced himself or ask my name or review my profile. He was just trying to sell any car for his personal gain . Then it gets better we sat for 45 min and walk back to service which now both service representative were checking in other customers. Also we got a text before we left home about someone else car, what was being done, mileage and the other customer signature but under my account. I brought it up to the customer's representative James who ask the other representative and he said he did check in the car earlier under my name but did not have time to correct . I don’t mind being show new cars and the new features of the latest models or ask would I like any information on new cars. telling me I have an awesome Levante Trofeo, hand me a his sells card and ask if he could get my wife a cup of coffee. It’s a better experience that way .

Staff was great right to picking up the car. Madeline very good. NOT having a loaner was terribly inconvenient and if the work needed more then one day I would have had to go to the tampa Maserati, and I like the St. Pete operation better.
