It’s a third time after serviced my Alfa in your location (St.Pete) that I didn’t receive any paper what was done. Every time the person who takes our keys promises us to send them by email never does. Very disappointing. We are still waiting for the paperwork

My rating is based on Mick who picked up for James Berry who left the dealership abruptly and rightfully so because his follow up skills were atrocious. My car was with the dealership for three weeks for a simple repair.

Your service team need to keep the customer updated. You all had my vehicle for over a week with little to no communication until I requested the GM name and phone number. Also having more loaners available would be helpful. I was without a vehicle and then promised a rental from enterprise with no outcome. Communication is key. Thank you for your time.
