We drove the car home it felt brand new after service. Madelyn and the gentleman in the service office were patient and answered all our questions when we picked up our vehicle. The only thing I would say is that the price for maintenance intervals and oil change is higher than the other Alfa dealer. That said my vehicle has always been serviced with Alfa Romeo St Pete so I can’t speak to the quality of the other dealers workmanship.

This survey doesn’t make a lot of sense the way it is designed by the way. The service was good but wouldn’t say exceptional. Staff are helpful but not communicative enough to make the experience exceptional. Work was completed on time. The dealership is always very nice and clean!

Horrible experience from beginning to the end . Paid $300 for nothing. Was told it should be an hour diagnostic and made the appt. Traveled an hour to get there and when i arrived was told it would be 2-3 hrs and they couldn’t even get it done that day. I was Ubered home . Then after having it 1 1/2 days i was called and told they needed another $618 to diagnose. On top of $259. When i asked why i was told there are several trouble codes and they need more time then an hour. I said “i thought it was 2-3 hrs?” I didn’t approve the $618 extra diagnostic and Ubered myself back to get my car to take it to another dealer. Never was I told that it would take that long or they couldn’t get me in that day, or there could be an extra fee for diagnostic. What I left with is the same reading my free OBD reader that I had at home read before I left and nothing more. In fact when i check out I asked the SM to put the codes on the receipt and he said “why they don’t tell anything” . My $300 was completely wasted - but I’m sure he will tell you different. He kept telling me things like. We don’t work for free, I don’t know when your car will be done being diagnosed, etc. He could give me no estimation of time for even the diagnosis. With no loaner and having to work this is unacceptable

Annual service opportunities, in my case, appear to be a sales effort rather than client engagement and satisfaction. Further, starting from my request at the time I made the service appointment, one month in advance, I requested a check to ensure that the plastic belly pan under the engine, that had been identified as damaged a year ago at the service visit, was available for installation. Again a week in advance in advance of service, contact with service representatives I reminded, but on the day of the service it appeared that I was starting all over again, but an assurance to investigate was provided. However at bill payment time no mention was made of any sort it regards to that part and of course it was not replaced.

I am not satisfied. When I came in I could adjust the ride height of my Maserati Lavante to the lowest setting and drive in that setting. Now, when I put it in the lowest setting, it adjusts when I go over 15 MPH to a higher setting and won’t stay in the lowest setting as it did when I brought it in. I need this corrected ASAP.
