I love my Alfa, but getting parts is always a hassle. Stellantis needs to do a better job making sure that repairs can be made on a timely basis.

I appreciated the service that I received and the uber ride to and from work. I wanted to mention that the car wasn’t cleaned when I picked it up there was a boot print in the car because they didn’t put plastic or paper down on the floor as they usually do. Also I called twice and left a message for service the previous week before bringing my car in for service and never got a call back so not sure what happened there but glad I was able to get my car in on the same day I called this time. Thanks.
I started with a very bad experience with your dealership my car has been in and out of your dealership for close to 3 months since Dec. However your new service manager Charlie Apple turned it into a very positive experience. Your are lucky to have him on your time.

Service was great , but it took a number of attempts to call over a 1 month and was difficult to schedule appointment online
Madelyn and the team are amazing! They helped me with a battery issue and took the time to FaceTime me when I was panicked. Madelyn is a great team lead!

I think you are taking advantage of your customers when you charge $500.00 for a simple oil change,especially on a car with only a 4 cylinder engine. That is why l will never purchase another vehicle from Maserati ever again.
