She’s a great service advisor, whatever you do don’t lose her. I spent 25 years in the automotive industry and I know a good employee when I see one. We also had a great experience last month getting my wife a new car. I’m still looking to replace my Giulia with most likely a high line SUV. I’ll check with you all when I’m ready.
Worst customer service ever! I’ve had Mercedes, BMW, and Audi my entire life. This guy you have that is running the service shop, is the worst guy ever. Talking to clients with attitude and he thinks of himself something. He is a **** and he is lucky I did not go off on him this morning. I would never be back to your location. In fact, I will never deal with Alfa Romeo or Maserati anymore. You got your chance already!
The service was completed . My car was clean and they sent me home. Perfect!
The service was fine. The behavior of one employee working in the service department was truly disappointing. I voiced my concern to the service manager who told me that he would “handle it”. I hope he did because surely you don’t want women that walk through your service department to feel as uncomfortable as I did today. I felt as though I was walking through a high school or prison instead of a luxury car dealership.

I already spoke with my service sales person and I am still not happy. I came in thinking that this visit would be a simple oil change, but I was told that this maintenance was a big one which could take a couple days and ~$4k. Boy did your company take me to the cleaners. The work done was a basic oil change with a couple other small items (4 hours in the shop and could only have been 1-2 hours of actual work), but you still charged me for 8 hours at $260/hr and all the other heavy markups $3,908. You won this time but I am going to have to go elsewhere. I don’t treat my customers this way and I don’t work with companies that act this way. You can call me if you want (****-****-xxxx).
