A horrible experience, an epic abject failure. Sadly, I’ve had several opportunities to experience service at your dealership. Although never a pleasurable event when bringing a vehicle in for service, the first few occasions went well. This last service event was an excrement show from start to finish.
First service for this car and first service at Petersburg dealership. Very satisfied at this time.
My car was towed from Sarasota, 2 weeks prior, to this issue happening again. When I brought it in at the beginning of April I insisted something was wrong with it but service couldn’t duplicate my issue. When the issue happened again, I had to re-towed to the dealership. At this point I had several recalls and a battery that failed testing on a car with less than 4,200 miles. My first experience in April I felt Madelyn disregard my concerns and could cared less about it bc service couldn’t duplicate the problem.
On my most recent visit, she did make me feel a little better about your service department and my issue was fixed quickly. I was able to have a loaner while my car was at the dealer for the service. My only disappointment was that the loaner was a car and not an SUV. I personally don’t feel safe driving a car the size of the loaner but since I had work travel and another vehicle at home my partner was able to drive my loaner once I made it back home. Overall I’d say 8/10. Thanks!

Service is terrible. They kept my car for a long time and did not fix the issue. My other Alfa I took in was received back dirty. Manny is great but he can’t fix the terrible service dept. I will be going to another dealership in the future for our needs.

Madalyn is always attentive and on point. She’s a rock star. However, I was a bit disappointed as my scheduled loaner wasn’t available and extremely inconvenient. Apparently, there are only 5 loaners due to other dealership employees using them. I expect more from this company. Also, as a loyal and repeat customer, both my wife and I drive Masaratis)I deserve more. Separately, I recommended a good friend and he purchased a Grecale at the same time I did and he’s woefully disappointed with the service he hasn’t received. To make matters worst I was offered $100 dollar referral and never received it. The $100 dollars is immaterial It’s just the principle. If you say you’re going to do something just follow through.
