Madalyn is great but the system used to contact you is not. I replied thru the report website and didn’t hear anything for days then get a message my car is ready, replied to that and nothing again.

I am experiencing a problem with the battery not staying charged since the service. I had not had the issue before the service since I replaced the battery just months ago.

She was perfectly fine. Not very warm or friendly but on the other side pretty no nonsense and professional. All in all it was a decent experience.

I love my Alfa, but getting parts is always a hassle. Stellantis needs to do a better job making sure that repairs can be made on a timely basis.

I appreciated the service that I received and the uber ride to and from work. I wanted to mention that the car wasn’t cleaned when I picked it up there was a boot print in the car because they didn’t put plastic or paper down on the floor as they usually do. Also I called twice and left a message for service the previous week before bringing my car in for service and never got a call back so not sure what happened there but glad I was able to get my car in on the same day I called this time. Thanks.
I started with a very bad experience with your dealership my car has been in and out of your dealership for close to 3 months since Dec. However your new service manager Charlie Apple turned it into a very positive experience. Your are lucky to have him on your time.
