Didn’t have good experience I brought my car to change the oil six months ago and also they changed my interior because it was going bad which that was cover by warranty which was good but when they changed the part the broke the sensor at the steering wheel and needed to be changed it took 5 months to repair it. The guy who worked there quit and the part was never order I went to the dealership about 10 times because no one knew what’s going on and I was finally able to repair it five months later. Melody I think her name is es able to help me finally. The service is really bad very time I called no one will pick up . I will not bring my vehicle at this location anymore I’ll be going to Tampa.
Work was on time. All of the associates were FRENDLY and helpful!
Your service manager is exceptional
I had some previous service issues before her but once she took on my vehicle everything was smooth as silk.

Once in for the service all was quite smooth and professionally done. My only issue was that the recall could not be scheduled on-line which meant having to endure multiple calls without the phone being answered or a call-back. You’re servicing high-end vehicles and the access to service manager should be equally top notch.
Madalyn was fantastic as always. Very accommodating during my wait and assisted me with various items even though I did not have an appointment.

From my phone call to schedule the recall fix to leaving with the problem solved your t am was helpful, and did not make me feel wrong for calling the customer ring service center. His service was exceptional. I was out of town and needed to go back by Saturday at 2. He took the car at 815 am and I had it back by 1030 am. He was in contact throughout and I just felt he went above and beyond. Customer service of this caliber is rare today and he should be commended for it!!
