This was my first service appointment at Maserati St. Pete. Everything was great from reception to release with a clear explanation of what was done
Was not completely satisfied. The serviceman Doug was unprofessional and confrontational with me. I don’t think I should pay another diagnostic fee when my car immediately got the check engine light and was unable to start within 30 minutes of my alleged repair. His surliness and indifference to customer satisfaction should be brought to your attention. I was in the market for another Alfa Romeo. I won’t purchase one from your dealership after this unacceptable situation.

I have been trying to get someone to text me back all week! You broke my emblem when I was there and I have been trying to bring it in all week!!! Text me or call me so that you can fix my car! Very unhappy
I enjoy waiting in the sales area while my car is having it’s annual checkup.. I think it would beva nice touch if the sakesmen would come in and say hello and ask if customers woukd like water. It would be great if the TV was turned on.
