You had my car for a WEEK with no progress made towards fixing it. I asked you guys to check brake pads which you did not do and I had no communication or updates. I had to reach out to you first! Since you couldn’t find the problem with my steering either nor offer me a loaner I decided to pick it up. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this location. I will be traveling far away from my house to any other Maserati location than this one for my future needs.

Service was excellent and service writer very professional
I recognize it was a holiday weekend but it took 5 days for an oil change and battery replacement. It was also much more expensive than what I have paid in SC at ****Alfa. Because of serv and time, I won’t be buying a third Alfa. :(
