Madalyn is the reason I started driving from Sarasota. The Sarasota Maserati customer service was horrible so I started scheduling with St Pete a few years ago. Madalyn restored my faith in Maserati customer service and has made each trip fantastic. She’s always upfront and informative and great with communication.

James was exceptional! He went above and beyond to address my issues. He was very professional and courteous. Being my first time there, and having a bad taste with another service center, James made me feel confident in your service center and kept me informed every step of the way.

The oil service indicator light was not reset. Is it possible to do this remotely?
No service loaners - approximate wait time was close to 3.5 hours. Getting ride to/from dealership was not realistic as I live in Lithia.
Service was fast and convenient.
I had an appointment but it still took over 3 hours for an oil change and inspection. That is longer than any car I’ve ever brought in for this type of routine service.
