Madalyn is the reason I started driving from Sarasota. The Sarasota Maserati customer service was horrible so I started scheduling with St Pete a few years ago. Madalyn restored my faith in Maserati customer service and has made each trip fantastic. She’s always upfront and informative and great with communication.

2 comments: The oil service indicator light was not reset. Is it possible to do this remotely? No service loaners - approximate wait time was close to 3.5 hours. Getting ride to/from dealership was not realistic as I live in Lithia.
